1. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can check the status of your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • South Africa: 5-12 Business Days (We’ll do our best to deliver as fast as possible!)
  • International Shipping: 14-31 Business Days (Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.)

3. Where do you ship from?

We source our products from trusted suppliers worldwide, including China, the U.S., and Europe, to ensure quality and affordability.

4. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes! We have a 7-day return policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Read our full Refund Policy here.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paystack (for card & bank payments), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to change it.

7. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid for online before they are processed.

8. My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do?

Shipping times may be affected by factors like customs clearance or high demand. If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing starts, cancellations are not possible.
